This is a 1940 Old Town canoe that I restored with the Old Town paint design #22. Getting that paint design on the canoe was a challenge and frustrating at times...but it turned out nice.

Another morning out in my canoe doing loon photos. Sometimes the loons are just hanging out doing not too much of anything. So often I paddle off to see what else I can find. I loved how the light was illuminating this scene of a boggy shoreline of a Northern Wisconsin Lake.

This was a few years back when the ice was safe to explore the ice caves. On our way home I decided to take our time and explore back roads. We were rewarded with this beautiful old barn with some apples still on the tree. Set up the tripod in the snow just off the road and captured this scene.
